The company has been established by Mr. Esubalew Nega Belay who is a pioneer, well known and entrepreneur person in Ethiopia. Currently, the company has more than 1200 permanent employees and around 300 contract-based employees which aims to increase the number of employees around 3500 permanent employees and 2500 contract based employees for the coming 5years. The head quarter of ESBG is found in Addis Ababa, Arada sub city, woreda 02 at Tadesse Checkol Building for the time being and planned to build its own building on the budget year of 2025G.C in Addis Ababa.
The company is investing its investments in all corridors of the country and has planed its investment in nebours countries like: Djibouti, Kenya, Sudan and Uganda.
